This is not just a fresh coat of paint. It marks a renewed dedication to being a studio that actively values happiness, inclusivity, teamwork, and creativity.

Beginning as a passionate group of modders and growing from the strength of a dedicated community of players, NWI is now a well established, award-winning, and critically acclaimed studio with multiple projects in development. Our new look represents an opportunity to build on our successes into our second decade.

New World Interactive is a people-first studio.

Moving into 2022, we are paying special attention to strengthening our working environment by creating systems that put our studio vision, purpose, and values into action. These include communication and leadership coaching, interest-based groups and activities, and a focused effort at internal studio-wide visibility.

We are doubling-down on our commitment to career development at New World Interactive. Our first step was to overhaul our employee review framework to include advancement goals in addition to performance benchmarks. Next is to roll out a method for employees to identify potential career paths at the studio and expectations along the way.

These are exciting times at NWI as we continue to build a studio creating exciting tactical playgrounds for players now and into the future. We hope you join us (we’re hiring!) or follow along as we try new things, learn, grow, and share together.
